  • Managed a mock Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on a commercial property outside of Houston

  • Reviewed historical data and information on the sites previous owners and uses, as well as analyzed topographic maps and aerial photographs

  • Compiled findings, analysis, and recommendations into full length Phase I report


 


Student Compliance Auditor | TCU Department of Environmental Science October 2014-December 2014 



  • Conducted a mock environmental compliance audit with a local steam electric plant

  • Inspected facility and noted adherence or deviation from national and state environmental regulations

  • Compiled findings into full length compliance report


 


Student Wildlife Impact Advisor | TCU Department of Environmental Science               March 2014- May 2014



  • Consulted on a City of Fort Worth proposed development along the Trinity River known as the Trinity River Vision

  • Researched the local fauna in attempt to predict the environmental impact of the project on local wildlife

  • Proposed recommendations to increase sustainability and lower the overall environmental impact of the development

  • Collected data in study of bat behaviors around wind energy technologies to prevent bat and turbine collisions

  • Supervised bat survey transects around the Dallas/Fort Worth area
