Commercial Loan Documentation Quality Assurance Processor / Due Diligence Processor

  • Responsible for daily review of all approved loan requests documentation prepared internally on the Laser Pro System and by outside counsel to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance with credit policy / regulatory guidelines in addition to due diligence processing prior to providing loan documents to lenders for execution.

 

  • Accuracy and adherence to internal and external policy in the production of Laser Pro loan documentation to protect the client and bank while supporting all state and federal requirements.

 

  • Document any deviations in documentation based off review of credit approvals, supporting credit documents, internal and external customer searches.

 

  • Maintain and provide to supervisor error reports by processor.

 

  • Comply with established Service Level Agreement guidelines

 

  • Evaluate Appraisals, (CER) Commercial Evaluation Reports, (PCR) Property Condition Reports to the specifications (LTV%) Loan to Value ratio customized by the Risk Manger

 

  • Examine existing Mortgages/Deeds of Trust, Title Policies/Commitments to ensure the appropriate lien is in sync with the original approval criteria and guidelines.

Equipment Finance Specialist III

 

  • Accurately prepare Commercial Loan & Lease documentation via an internal computer application, Information Advantage, in accordance to the structure/product to effectively satisfy specifications outlined by the credit approval, transaction requirements, legal due diligence, and pre-determined documentation policy/procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance related to the funding and booking process.

 

  • Interpret various pricing run formats such as InfoAnalysis, along with components that are required to calculate repayment structure and yield to validate the booked transaction is in sync with the pricing run.

  • Manage pipeline of all incoming credit requests to ensure each stage of the transaction is transparent at all times, starting from the credit approval to the final booking process.

 

  • Consistently follow-up and intervene with Sales Representatives and clients after the booking process to ensure regulatory compliance requirements are continuously maintained.

 

  • Perform comprehensive in-depth analysis and navigation of key business entity documentation to examine and review for signing authority and capacity (Corporate Resolutions, Operating Agreement, Articles of Incorporation, Certificates of Incumbency) to ensure proper signage and execution.

 

  • Demonstrate and apply knowledge of corporate policy relating to name verification/good standings, Office of Foreign Asset Control, Anti-Money Laundering, and Know Your Customer.

 

  • Protect security interests through verifying the accuracy of initial filings (UCC1), amendments (UCC3) , continuations and terminations as related to the collateral.

 

  • Initiate Lien Searches and prepare subordination agreements/no interest letters as determined by the research of previous and existing UCC filings.

 

  • Communicate internally, via client, or agent to ensure adequate insurance coverage is acquired as well as confirming titles are transferred and recorded properly according to the specifications of the loan/lease request.

  • Direct, manage and escalate all email correspondence from the Commercial Business Bankers Sales Force & Branch Account Managers; Adjudicate direct responses to the appropriate level of Business Banking Underwriting and external departments within the bank. 

 

Communicate with Account Managers on the status of their request to determine resolutions to resolve loan exceptions and missing documentation in order to expedite the application in queue for processing.

  • Facilitate all inter-office correspondence and facsimiles to correlate with the loan requests in the pipeline to be processed and submitted to the Risk Managers for review.


  • Interact with Account Managers to ensure loans submitted to the Bank-2-Business scoring system do not exceed the mandatory Compliance two week time scheme; Confirm and withdraw loans from the database that were unable to meet this time criteria.

 

  •  Manage all business platform decline letters, reports and databases daily to ensure client information is updated and mailed accordingly within the  specified Regulatory guidelines.

 

  •  Verify completeness and accuracy of loans to ensure all required government financials and bank documentation to adhere to Compliance regulations.
