IT Department: Collaboration with the IT developers to establish user-centric, interactive web design for National Guard and Army Reserve recruiting intiatives; Designed new and creative approaches to facilitate user interaction in a logical manner; Produced design elements for site development and collaborated with development teams to ensure visual consistency; Contributed to and maintained the style guides for websites.
