Assisting policyholders with medical bills after a car accident. Paying medical bills for Allstate Insurance policyholders that have been injured. Interacting with attorneys and medical providers to ensure that all medical bills are paid in a timely manner. Balancing policy limits to prevent policy over payments. Liaison between policyholders and medical billing offices. Responsible for making sure that all medical bills are received, ensuring that the checks are cut and sent to the correct medical provider, as well as following up with both policy holders, attorneys (if applicable) and medical providers to make sure checks were received, cashed and that the policy holders accounts remained in good standing. This position also included heavy data entry.



SouthTrust Bank Birmingham, AL Customer Service Collection Rep.08/2004 - 02/2006 (temp) 
Provided new and existing banking customers with financial education.  Assisted customers with account balancing.  Served as an advocate for proper retirement planning as well as short term and long term financial planning.  Used banking knowledge to assist customers with finding the right banking tools and products via the telephone. Used FDCPA practices to collect on past due account for customer wanting to continue banking with SouthTrust. This position also included some heavy data entry. 

Fuji Processing Center Birmingham, AL Customer Service Collections Rep. /Biller-Receiver -03/2000 - 01/2003 
Processed telephone orders for Wal-Mart customers.  Provided pricing plans for all Fuji customers.  Placed follow-up calls to make sure those customers received their orders and that they were correct.  Used FDCPA practices to collect on past due and seriously delinquent accounts. Priced orders using billing systems. Responsible for managing warehouse inventory using Omni systems for shipping/receiving products for film production.  This position also included some heavy data entry.
